WHAT MAKES JOHN GARNER LAW UNIQUE
John Garner Law helps people who are considering filing for disability, need advice about working with disabilities, or who have already applied and received denials at the initial and/or reconsideration stages of application.
Initial Filings: Obtaining disability benefits can be confusing and frustrating, but John Garner Law aims to guide you through the process with knowledge, wisdom, and experience. Whether you are applying for Social Security Disability Insurance benefits, Supplemental Security Income, or both, we have the resources and skills to help you every step of the way.
Cessation Cases: Claimants who are successful in establishing disability and secure SSA disability payments can be subject to review of their case, sometimes resulting in a determination that their disability has ceased. John Garner Law carefully reviews the facts and offers representation on a case by case basis. Claimants with a cessation case typically do not have any past due benefits from which to pay an attorney, making it very difficult for them to obtain representation. Very few attorneys will undertake representation in cases with no prospect of a fee, leaving these claimants defenseless against the SSA. but John Garner Law, however, is honored to help in circumstances where we can, and without expectation of a fee.
Overpayment Cases: Overpayment cases arise when the Social Security Administration believes that it paid benefits in error, or that it paid benefits at a higher level than they should have. The claims by the SSA for repayments of benefits are often exorbitant, long delayed, and/or inaccurate. We offer representation in these cases free of charge because very few other attorneys will take them on without the prospect of a fee.
